Moving Home, New Beginnings & Creative Inspirations
How a big move shaped new creative sparks and reflections on life, philosophy, and body-centred psychology.
After a move from city life to the subtropical countryside, I’m finding my feet—and my creative rhythm—in my new home. It’s been a challenge, but being surrounded by nature has already boosted my ideas and energy.
In this letter, I reflect on the stress of moving, the joy of reconnecting with nature, and how these shifts are shaping my writing. I also share the latest from The Book of Being, my Guidebook project, including explorations of bioenergetics, character structures, and the fascinating links between psychology and physical wellbeing.
Lastly, I give a sneak peek into upcoming topics I'm inspired to write about with ideas from books like The Burnout Society and my personal healing journey.
